Most of the programs we offer are month-to-month or programs that have no long-term commitments and can be cancelled or suspended using our online form

  • Attendance – Customers can attend any of the classes within the program they purchased (we do not require pre-registration for classes).
  • Suspend or Cancellation Policy – If you are going to be traveling or away from the gym for three weeks or more, we offer a billing suspension option. We can put your account on “suspension” so that you will not be billed during this time. If you are traveling for less than three weeks, you can schedule make up classes if you are not on an unlimited program.  A membership suspension can be used once every six months. Use the “Suspend or Cancel Membership form” to complete this process.
  • Youth Programs – We offer a once-a-week, twice-a-week, and unlimited attendance rate for most youth programs. This means that members can attend this many classes per week and can choose what day(s) they wish to attend.

The billing cycle begins on the day you sign up for a program and you will be billed on the monthly anniversary of that day. For instance, if you sign up on July 15th, your next billing will be on August 15th.  You can cancel or suspend your membership, but we require you complete the “Suspend or Cancel Membership Form” at least two weeks prior to billing.

T3MA is a T3AM, and as with most T3AMs, we have a required uniforms for our programs.  All T3MA gear is available at the gym and is offered at a discount for members.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has 13 belt colors for Youths and 7 for adults. When you join our gym as a member, we will sell you a white belt and any future promotions the belts are provided for free! We also do not charge for testing of belts. We want the belt promotions to be about the achievement of the student and not economics. We follow the IBJJF guidelines for the minimum amount of time for a belt promotion, but each student develops at different speeds and often the actual time is much longer than the minimum. Be patient and enjoy the journey.

We have a unique program at T3MA to help ensure everyone gets has a great experience when training in any of our combat programs.  We help students indicate what level of intensity they wish to train at by offering T3MA Intensity Bands.  A green colored wrist band helps the instructors and other students know a student is either new to the program or wishes to train at a lower intensity.  A Green band would indicate a student does not want to do full-sparring sessions and can “flow roll” in BJJ or do mitt or pad work in a striking class like Muay Thai or MMA.  It is recommended that all students new to a program wear a green band for their first month of training.

No, the wonderful thing about BJJ is that it builds on what comes natural to us. Students will learn and execute moves on their first day. We have a great program to ensure new members have a great first experience and then allow them to develop and train at whatever level of intensity they wish. We have members of all ages and skill levels and we all enjoy training and sparring with each other. You will learn how to defend yourself from a larger stronger opponent and be able to start using what you learn after just a few classes.

If you want to learn a martial art that will develop strength, skills, confidence, in a fun and exciting environment with the appropriate amount of discipline than Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is for you. Earning a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu takes dedication, commitment, discipline, and time. The time will be determined by you and the rules of the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation. We do not give out black belts, they are earned.

We offer free trails for all of our programs and encourage students to try a class before signing up. We have limited number of slots available for trial classes so please use the online form to schedule a trial class.
